What will PBM be responsible for?
We consult, plan, design and organize all areas of the event. From the venue and the stationery, décor, styling, trousseau packaging and much more – we can do it all!
We coordinate with vendors throughout the planning process to the day of the event. However, we can take note of the requirements as per your need.
What type of parties or event does PBM plan?
We gladly plan any type of event. We take up all, from your dream wedding with hundreds of guests to corporate events and small tea parties. We ensure making your vision - a reality.
How does PBM work and co-ordinate the parties or events?
With trendiest ideas comes our detailed touch to keep everything in sync. While working round the clock we make sure the events meet the requirement for the best experiences. Providing the desired look with your preferences and adding the decor to perfection is something that we do with ease.
How do we move forward with PBM coordination services?
Parties By Meeta offers a simple deal that includes all the services you wish to slot in. The deal spells out exactly what you are hiring Parties By Meeta to do on your behalf. A 50% deposit is retained to save the date and then the fun begins!
Does PBM offer out of station services as well?
Yes we do if only; you can get us there and give us a space to sleep.
Do we have to go through PBM vendors if we hire you as our event planners?
The answer is, no. However, we have worked hard at building these relationships and we can promise the quality of the service of vendors we recommend. However, we are more than happy to work with any vendors you would desire.
Do I still need an event planner if my venue offers an on-site event coordinator for the day of the event?
In spite of the fact that it is great to have an on-site coordinator on the day of your event, we will guide you from beginnings to the day of your event. For those of you who don’t have an on-site coordinator, we will be there to help if you so wish.
